In-Home Lifestyle Sessions

Sometimes the most meaningful place to photograph your family is home.

An in-home lifestyle session captures your family in a familiar environment—snuggling on the couch, reading together, playing with your children, or simply enjoying one another.

These sessions are relaxed, personal, and full of the little details that make your home home.

Outdoor Family Sessions

For families who love movement, nature, and a little more room to explore, an outdoor session can be the perfect fit.

We’ll use beautiful natural surroundings while I guide your family through a mixture of portraits and genuine interactions.

What Your Family Session Looks Like

Before Your Session

We’ll start with a consultation so I can learn more about your family, your vision, and what you’re hoping to create.

I’ll help you plan your wardrobe and prepare for your session, so you aren’t left wondering what everyone should wear or how the session will work.

During Your Session

You don’t need to know how to pose.

That’s literally my job.

I’ll guide you through natural prompts and gentle posing while leaving plenty of room for your family’s personalities to come through.

Expect movement. expect laughter. Expect cuddles.

And yes—there may be a little chaos.

That’s okay.

After Your Session

Your images will be carefully hand-edited and prepared for your reveal within 2 to 3 weeks.

This is where you’ll have the opportunity to choose the photographs and artwork that mean the most to your family.

From individual portraits to beautiful wall art and heirloom products, your photographs deserve to exist somewhere other than your phone.

Family Photography Investment

Family sessions start at $375.

  • Pre-session consultation

  • Studio, outdoor or home lifestyle options

  • Wardrobe guidance

  • Professional editing and retouching

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date, with the remaining balance due according to your booking agreement.

Digital images and artwork are available as part of your complete portrait experience.

  • There really isn’t one perfect age or season. Family photography is valuable precisely because your family is constantly changing.

    Many families choose to schedule portraits annually so they can document how their children grow from year to year.

  • Yes. Extended-family sessions can be planned depending on the size and needs of your group. Larger groups may require additional planning and may be quoted separatedly.

  • I’ll provide wardrobe guidance before your session. The goal isn’t for everyone to look identical, instead we’ll coordinate colors, textures, and styles so your family’s portraits feel cohesive without looking overly matched.

  • That’s completely normal.

    Children don’t always follow the plan—and they don’t need to. I work with children rather than expecting them to behave like miniature adults. Some of the best photographs happen between the poses.

  • Absolutely. Family photographs become even more meaningful when multiple generations are included. Just let me know when planning your session se we can build the appropriate amount of time into the experience.

  • Yes. Professional prints, albums, and artwork are available so your photographs can become tangible pieces of your family’s story.
